"Our kind of heaven: For us, this is the perfect Hawaii home! A newly renovated and clean space with all the modern conveniences, (the A/C in particular was appreciated! IYKYK). We could easily walk to all the local Kihei joints, and of course, THAT VIEW! That daily BEACH access?! Are you kidding!? The hosts are proactive communicators and always immediately responsive, which is so nice. The building is quiet and well cared for. We have stayed in other short term rentals on Maui, and this one by far, is our favorite. We are already planning our return. Mahalo and enjoy.

"The most perfect place for our family of 5 to spend spring break! Being right on the beach was our favorite part. The sunsets were incredible and the kids loved to run down and swim first thing in the morning. We really enjoyed being walking distance to so many great shops, coffee, surfing lessons, the food trucks at South Maui Gardens…the list goes on! The home is clean, well appointed and all of the beds, including the pull out couch, were extremely comfortable. We had a great stay and will definitely return!

"We had a fantastic stay—this place was perfect for our family of four, including two teenage boys. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. One of the biggest perks was the easy access to Charley Young Beach—just right off the lanai, and absolutely beautiful! The location in Kihei couldn’t have been better. We walked to the Kihei Food Oasis, Kihei Kalama Village for shopping, and lots of other local spots. It made exploring super easy and fun without having to drive everywhere. The host was incredibly thoughtful and let us know ahead of time that a handyman would be stopping by for a quick fix. That actually turned into a fun little bonus—he was super friendly, and we ended up having a great chat with him. He shared some awesome local tips that made our trip even better. Highly recommend this spot—comfortable, convenient, and welcoming!

"Great location - we left a beach umbrella to pass along to the next guests. We liked everything only note - if you like thick beach towels bring your own - the ones here are more shammy type which of course speeds up laundry process. It was a great stay - highly recommended.

"We spent 6 nights in this condo (family of 4) and it was a perfect launching pad for our time in Maui. You could not be closer to a beach, and a really incredible beach! The house was equipped with beach towels and chairs (we rented boogie boards and an umbrella really cheap from a great snorkel shop near the ABC market down the street). So much is walkable from here including the food trucks at South Maui Gardens. The kitchen seemed really well equipped, although we didn‚Äôt really cook much. I really can‚Äôt think of anything that could have been better.

"Location location location. The beach is so close. Kids were able to boogie board, swim and play in the sand. Our whole family enjoyed the sunsets. When the kids were asleep my wife and hung out on the back patio listening to the waves. Each one of us enjoyed our stay.

"The location is excellent. It is right on the beach and conveniently located to many coffee shops and restaurants. The bathrooms are a bit awkward but other than that, it was clean and comfortable. There are plenty of beach chairs and equipment which enhanced our visit.

"Kihei Holiday: Wonderful! Amazing condo! Great location-we loved being in the end unit just steps to the beach. Sitting on the lanai watching whales breaching and then the breathtaking sunsets. Very well appointed and very comfortable. It was great having soaps and shampoo available and everything you need for the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Mahalo!

"What a fantastic property in the a perfect location right on the beach! We were hoping the property was as close to the beach as the photographs suggested and it did not disappoint. The property is an end unit which is right next to the beach access and the outdoor shower to rinse off. It has covered parking right in front of the unit which was very convenient for loading/unloading gear and groceries, etc. We could watch our kids play right on the balcony and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset every evening. We had a small problem with the power (it tripped a few times, but we were easily able to flip the breaker back on) and the management company had an electrician over very quickly to repair the problem. The management company communicated quickly and check in and check out were very easy. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

"Great place to stay with awesome sunsets. The beach is better and closer than the pictures depict. I would come back here again. The only minor improvement that I recommend is an airfreshoner to eliminate the odd smell in the home. It was noticeable each time we entered.

"Stunning view of the beach and ocean. Lovely, clean condo with lots of beach toys, floaters, snorkel gear and amenities. The permanent residents at this condo are wonderful, friendly people. It was truly a magical vacation where we spent the morning on the beach, the afternoons on the lanai, and the evenings playing games at the table. So relaxing and restful. Thank you!

"5/5. Just a couple notes to help elevate the experience from great to amazing. 1) clear instructions for directions to the condo including which apartment number it is. Really helps when navigating the place at night. 2) darker shades for the bedrooms. Lots of light from the street light and sunrise early in the morning wakes you up if you were trying to sleep in alittle later. Otherwise, this is an easy recommend. Location is amazing, lots of amenities and clean. Owners were wonderful to deal with. Had a wonderful time! Thank you !
