"It was a wonderful place to stay! My family and I had the best vacation. Watching the turtles every night just so close to the Condo was a highlight of our trip. I would definitely stay there again!

"I don't even know where to begin. This property that we stayed at was probably the best Airbnb my family and I have ever stayed at. This place had everything you can ever think you need and even more. I'm talking. They even provided like 7 or 8 beach chairs and a beach Umbrella. a cooler for us to be able to take on our beach trips with food in it, they had ice packs, anything you can think of to cook and bake! This house was better stocked than my own house! lol And the location was just beyond amazing. The view was beautiful!!! And every evening the turtles would come up to the shore where our condo was at!!!! it even had steps that led into the water. I mean, I was mind blown by this place!!! it was worth every penny!! the description was very accurate! and it was such a clean place. They also provided us with a full laundry detergent. it really made our experience so comfortable in maui, and it was so close to the airport and to the walmart and the costco! 10/10! loved this place!

"The condo is a delight -- being able to step out onto the grass just outside the unit and look over the rock wall at the ocean is magnificent. The unit was clean, tastefully appointed, the surroundings were peaceful, and the central location cuts down on the drive to many fantastic locations. Additionally, there are beach chairs outside and a boogie board that we made good use of during our trip. Overall, very comfortable for our family of four! We were slightly concerned about the potential for airport noise, but only heard planes during waking hours. A couple of things to keep in mind for people prior to booking: 1.) The king size bed is comfortable but has a soft mattress that you sink into a bit, in case that is a show-stopper for anyone. 2.) The AirBnB description mentions snorkeling gear on premises, but this must be rented from an outside business. Boss Frogs in the shopping complex that is walking distance is a very convenient location to rent gear.

"The location was great and central to Maui. Easy access to all the major road ways. The only downside was the grounds staff started watering and making noises at 7am. Early start and hard to relax. The other downside was we asked to arrive a bit earlier like 20 mins. The door code wouldn’t work till exact check in and the staff wasn’t willing to unlock it 20 mins early. Other than that the place was clean.

"Place was great and clean. Only issues were that the place had a scent of curry, likely from previous tenants. After scented candles and cans of Febreeze, it was tolerable. A small issue with confrontation with property manager, but resolved without conflict. Luxe Maui was responsive in any questions and communication when sent. Overall, pleased.

"We had an amazing stay at this condo. It was a perfect location for a family including two young children. The sliding doors opening onto the grassy area was great for the kids to play! The setting was beautiful and peaceful. A short walk to some local shops and a short drive to Kihei. The condo being stocked with a cooler, beach chairs and beach toys was great as well. The host was very responsive and they were friendly and helpful onsite as well! We would definitely stay here again.

"Overall we enjoyed our stay and the listing met our expectations. Host was communicative and friendly. Location of the property was good and close to attractions on the island. The house could have been cleaner - especially the curtains in the rooms and bathrooms were not very clean. We also couldn’t check in to the property until 4:45pm due to the cleaning. "Great place right by the pool, five minute walk from a calm beach, and ten minute walk from a larger beach. Also ten minute walk from the harbor where multiple boating expeditions take off from. The place itself was very nice and clean.

"We loved our stay at this beautiful condo!! Beautifully updated and comfortable furnishings! The views were stunning, the location was perfect, and we appreciated the large grassy area and pool. It was also great to have a smoothie/espresso truck nearby and the beach within walking distance. The hosts were responsive and helpful. Only minor downsides: we couldn’t use the pool or grass until 9 am, which was tough with early-rising kids. the beds in the bunk room weren’t very comfortable for adults… maybe would be ok for kids Overall, a wonderful experience!

"This Airbnb is like a little piece of heaven. The view is beyond belief and best of all we saw many (8-10) large sea turtles just outside the fence at the stairs to the ocean. It was awesome. The turtles came every afternoon around 4:00pm. The condo is perfect for up to 8 people. It has been thoughtfully and generously supplied with spices and every cooking amenity you could need. The handicapped accessible shower in the master bedroom is wonderful for those needing extra room while showering. The area outside the living area is meticulously maintained and it’s a pleasure to relax on the lawn and watch the waves come crashing in. The pool is also only steps away. This Airbnb was perfect for our vacation and I would choose to stay here again should we return to Maui.

"We loved our stay. Place is exactly as pictured. Very beautiful view, you will have the key to go to the pool right from your apartment ( is on the wall of the main bedroom ☺️ we noticed them in last days. You should know that this beach is not for swimming. You are in the middle of the island, so pretty close to most popular locations in Maui. All kitchen appliances : dryer, washer, refrigerator etc. are new. They have everything you need. Beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen sprays even snorkelling masks. Also I like their showers . Nice TV system and conditioners in every room. Bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable, I saw a convertible crib in a closet. Building outside is not “fresh” but don't let that fool you. No problems with parking, there are plenty of spots right near the house. In a few minutes walk there is Ocean Center with big aquarium and show sphere . My son was amazed by this. Starbucks, Carls Jr and gas station right near this building . Friendly people

"Had an absolutely fantastic stay for! The ocean view from the back patio was breathtaking, and the pool was a hit with the kids. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals. The air conditioning was a lifesaver, especially during the warmer days. The place was incredibly clean and in a perfect location, just a short walk from the aquarium and harbor. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had no issues at all during our stay and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Maui.

"We were a group of 7 and the 3 bedrooms were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and a couple dinners during our stay. We enjoyed the beach equipment that was provided. The view was beautiful and we could see turtles while walking along the coast. Although it was farther from restaurants and activities, driving was easy and parking was always available. It is really close and walkable to the Maui Ocean Center. Highly recommend.

"Our family of five loved this condo and the location. The condo is clean, nicely furnished, and the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoyed being able to walk out through the lanai directly to the pool and grassy lounging area. Just beyond the pool we could watch sea turtles in the afternoon. The proximity to a swimming beach, and the Maui Harbor Shops was another highlight.

"Just a beautiful place! We had a small issue on the beginning that was taken care of promptly. Management is wonderful and accommodating and just so friendly and helpful. Beautiful location that was central and easy to travel to any part of the island. Well equipped with so many kitchen essentials. The ground level patio is a huge bonus and feels like your own oasis. Very quiet location even though it is a condo. We loved every bit of our stay and will absolutely book this property again!!

"This place was beautiful. I loved how you could walk right out on to the patio onto beautiful grass that out looked the ocean. It was so great the pool was right out the patio door. The views were amazing. We were able to see turtles right out our place. They also had a cute little beach a 5min walk away. The place was amazing. They also had beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. The manager was very nice and responded fast he also sent us a list of cool places to check. The unit also has dish soap, laundry soap trash bags most places I have stayed in the past had you supply your own so it was nice they had all that. We had brought our own supplies but didn’t need to as they had all that at the place for us. The place is large and plenty of room. The ac worked great and was nice you could control the temp in each room. We loved to drink our coffee in the morning on the patio and watch the ocean. Also could see turtles in front of unit. It was so beautiful

"Our weekend stay at Lauloa in Maalaea was amazing. The check-in/check-out process was really easy. The unit was clean, and the view was breathtaking. I loved that the unit was situated at the end of the building with a private little area. The back sliding door opened to a nice grassy area facing the ocean and did not open to the pool which we loved for privacy. It was very quite for the most part. I liked that when we checked in, the air conditioning was already running, so it was nice to step in to the cool air. The unit had all the amenities we needed which made us feel right at home. We also travelled with kids and there is an awesome little mini putt golf and rock climbing adventure park right up the road. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend trip and experience. "Wonderful condo and location for our group of 6! Ground level with views of Maalaea bay and sunrise over Haleakala across the water overlooking Kihei/Wailea. Quiet complex and area with beautiful beach at the end of the street and Maalaea harbor on the other end. Maui Ocean Center and some shops/restaurants an easy walk and just by the harbor. Condo looked just like the pictures, equipped with anything you need, including beach chairs, cooler, balls which were much appreciated. Our kids enjoyed the complex pool daily, and we used the complex gas grills multiple times during our stay. Location was excellent, with quiet immediate area but easy drive anywhere on the island, and we walked to our sunset and snorkeling cruises. Watched several sea turtles just behind the sea wall on multiple occasions. Ownership was very responsive and helpful. Info/instructions clear in binder and quick internet speed. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place!

"Incredible view of the ocean and spacious home for two families of 8 people. The dryer wasn’t working during our stay but the host provided a solution, which we appreciated. The two bedrooms with king size beds had AC units that rattled but a minor inconvenience especially since we used a white noise machine at night.

"We stayed in this property after the fires in West Maui. our original place was not reachable so we were lucky to find this unit that was much better than the original one. The host Ramu responded right away and after we checked in he dropped by to make sure we were OK and asked if we needed anything else. This was greatly appreciated. Also at the end of our stay he came back and helped up check into another unit just for half day (in Hawaii flights usually leave in the evening). He was one of the best hosts, you could tell he took care of properties but also made sure guests were comfortable... must be his Canadian roots :) The unit itself was very nice, spotless clean, very comfortable beds, everybody had their space. We were 2 families with 4 teenagers and everyone was comfortable. Is right on the fist floor and you have access to the grounds and pool from your lanai. kitchen was fully stocked, no need for anything. Lots of towels and beach toys. We'd stay here again Thank you Ramu

"Our condo was beautiful, very clean, and looked like the pictures. The individual air conditioners in each bedroom and the living room were much-appreciated by my family members. Josh, the host, was very responsive to questions. This condo building is private and secluded so if you like a lot of restaurants within walking distance it might not be your first choice but if you choose to cook at home most nights it will not be a problem, as the kitchen has everything you could want.

"This location it's in the middle of a great distance to EVERYTHING, loved that everything was between 10-30 mins. We loved the location of the condo, pool and beach front (5 ⭐) there's a deli 5-7 mins away, unfortunately it was closed during our stay due to renovations. Local food truck next to the Mini golf 5 mins away same as a gas station. Condo was equipped with everything beach related. kitchen was full of everything needed. we had an issue with the back door but they were quick to answer and fix the issue. totally recommended and would stay again.

"Having never been to Maui, I was unsure as to exactly what location would be best for us. I chose this condo because it was close to my daughter's wedding venue, was right on the water, and appeared to be quiet. We were SO happy with our choice. This area is away from the more touristy areas further north and that was perfect for us. It's only 15 - 20 minutes from the airport and from grocery stores. There really aren't many restaurants near the condo, but Wailea is 20 minutes south and Lahaina is only 20 minutes north. We didn't find driving difficult, so for us, this worked really well. I personally felt it was centrally located. We did the Road to Hana tour and they picked us up right in front of the condo complex. The condo itself is so pretty and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped. We're coffee drinkers so there is a drip coffee maker which made us happy. Each room has an AC unit all of which were so quiet you barely knew they were on. I would definitely book again!

"Beautiful condo with amazing beach view!! The condo looks likes just the pictures and the space was very clean and a great layout. Short walk to the beach and general store. "Everything was wonderful! Josh was helpful right from the start, and the unit was perfect. There was plenty of room and all the amenities we needed. The closet full of beach chairs, towels, and toys was a nice surprise. The view from the patio was amazing, with the ocean steps away, and Haleakala across the bay. We had our young kids with us, so having the fenced pool area right off the patio was wonderful. It was also perfect having a beautiful beach a short walk one direction and the Maui Ocean Center aquarium, harbour, and shops a short walk the other. We would love to come back and stay here again.

"Beautiful waterfront condo that is centrally located for an easy jaunt to both Kihei and Lahaina. We had three minor issues (two were our fault and one was an A/C issue) that management handled quickly, professionally and with a smile. There are individual A/C units and TVs in every room. It is an end unit so there are extra windows that one opened, bring ocean breezes into each bedroom. The home is nicely decorated, well stocked and was very comfortable for our party of six. Two in our party have mobility issues so having a ground level unit with no stairs was imperative. Sitting on the lanai and walking out on to the grass was a huge added bonus! We had a wonderful girls’ week; thanks for the memories!!!

"We loved our stay here! The space was very clean and clutter free. The living spaces and grounds were very well taken care of. There were several amenities available and the hosts had an amazing response time. The pool was very clean and Haycroft Beach Park was very walkable. They had a clean high chair and pack n play available for our toddler. It’s a quiet neighborhood and was overall a quieter/calmer experience than our previous stays in Kihei. The check out to dos were extremely reasonable and doable. We hope to be back again soon!

"The place is super cute and well equipped! Everything you could need for the beach was available for use and made beach time extra easy. We did happen to be here when there were gale force winds but the building actually blocked a ton of that wind which was super helpful! "This BnB added to what made our time in Maui so great, definitely gave a home away from home vibe. People had told me to stay in Lahaina, but I personally liked how the BnB was centrally located making travel time about equal wherever we chose to go. The price of the BnB was cheaper if not the same as a resort, but I personally would choose this BnB over a resort. Everything was as advertised. Instructions to arrive, care, and leave the BnB were so easy to follow. The kitchen was fully equipped. There's a closet within the BnB with things for any beach activities. The little console table against the wall has some card/board games, if you decide to stay in for a rainy day. We all found the beds to be super comfortable. Definitely would come back again. Honestly, the instructions for the BnB were so clear and well equipped, we never really had to reach out to Josh. Despite that though, Josh was always super proactive checking in on us to see if we arrived okay and/or needed anything.

"We so enjoyed staying at Josh’s place. The location was perfect for our family. It seemed we had pretty easy access to what ever we needed or wanted to do. We loved watching the whales or watching the guys fish from our patio. We used the pool frequently and also snorkeled in front. We boarded a boat to Molokini from just a few blocks away. Everything seemed easier than staying on Oahu. We didn’t have traffic issues. The place was immaculate and we had adequate space for all 7 of us to sleep. There were beach chairs, towels and an umbrella for use at the beach. Josh responded quickly when we had questions. It was a great vacation. We’ll be back.

"This AirBnb was perfect for our families. We were a total of 8 - 2 families of 4 with 4 kids. The bunk room was the perfect size for them, all the bedrooms were really nice sized and beds were a comfortable sleep. You can't beat the view, and the ground floor greenspace access to the pool was absolutely perfect (our kids could go in and out of the pool in a second w/ease). We were able to see sea turtles up close swimming in the rocks right out front. Sunrises come up directly to the front left of the condo & were absolutely gorgeous to get to experience. The last couple days of our stay the winds picked up, which created some rather large swells, and was great because we were able to see some surfers right out front and down along the coastline as well. Check in was a breeze, and the condo was equipped with more than enough utensils/appliances that you could ever need. The washer and dryer was amazing to have right in the kitchen, we had loads going constantly as things got dirty, and went home with completely clean packed luggage (which made for easy unpacking when we returned home) . The condo location was within a block walking distance to the awesome aquarium, shops, and also Tante's (restaurant) which we ate at 2 times during our stay. The location is close to the main highway, but not right on it, and made for easy access up and down the coast to other towns.. drive times were rather quick which was perfect for us and for our kids. I'd be lying if I said I didn't tear up when we did a final walk thru & locked up for the last time.. Maui was absolutely amazing, Josh's communication was great, the views for our stay were more than we could've asked for

"This spot was perfect for our big group - 4 adults and 3 kids. Having the living room open on to the pool was AMAZING - the kids would run around the grassy “backyard” before the pool was open. Walking distance to two small beaches and a little general store, ice cream place, restaurant. Close to airport/Costco, Lahaina, Kihei, Paia…. Honestly, PERFECT. Only negative was that we didn’t receive the check in code before check in and had to ask for it - and Josh provided it super quickly - but I should’ve checked the day before our arrival, so it’s mostly on me! Just a reminder to others to check that you have the code before you arrive :)

"This Airbnb was perfect for our family, especially having a toddler - it gave us the flexibility to have multiple bedrooms and a kitchen at a reasonable price. Josh was quick to respond to any questions we had which was appreciated. The location was right in the middle of all the attractions we wanted to see, 15-20 min by car but there are also some great walkable food options and the Ocean Center is walkable too. Even if we didn’t feel like going to the beach one day or doing much, the condo still felt like a resort with the beautiful ocean view and being able to enjoy it on the patio. Highly recommend, especially if you are staying with a larger group or kids.

"Could not ask for a better host. Josh is great. The condo is centrally located and easy access to beaches and towns. The condo is very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. "Our family of 7 had a wonderful visit in this newly renovated 3 bed, 2 bath condo. Being on the ground floor only steps from the pool was an added plus for our young grandchildren. The unit was also an end unit which helped with sound and air flow. The condo grounds are well maintained and welcoming. Walking distance from the Aquarium & mini golf. Josh is a great communicator.
