"Steps to the waves. We saw a lot of turtles in the ocean. You can also access the water through stairs nearby and snorkel but it is rocky and have to be careful. Sandy beach is also walkable from the home and so are shops and marina.

"The condo was just as described. It was beautifully decorated and had a great view right out to the water. We saw multiple sea turtles out there swimming 5 out of our 7 days. Everything was well stocked. I was surprised at the amount provided for our stay. Most condos have the bare minimum and you have to buy supplies. Communication was good, and we had no problems. Good water pressure & comfortable beds.

"10/10 Recommend this stay! The host reached out a day before to check in and see if our family needed anything for our stay. I really appreciated that. Checking in was easy and the view was breathtaking! Clean and just like the pictures. Beds were comfy, even the sofa bed. We had everything we needed here. We had a little issue and they came out right away to fix for us. Awesome host!

"Our stay was great. The kitchen is well appointed and the beds are comfortable, even the pull out sofa. The place has a magnificent view!!! That was why I picked it. Condo is steps from the pool. "Absolutely stunning place and location. Really peaceful but also easy walking access to a few restaurants/cafes. We absolutely loved the views and seeing whales and turtles pop up right in front of us! Only small issue was the bed in master bedroom...we found the mattress was really uncomfortable/soft. Thankyou, beautiful stay!

"It was perfect for our ohana of 3. The location was ideal. It’s located away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for shopping and entertainment. "Great condo with amazing views over the bay and turtles right in front of the sea wall. Walkable to harbor activities and a couple good restaurants. Centrally located to explore the island. We had an issue with the ac the first night but they send someone right away. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed.

"Our stay was amazing. Some highlights were watching the sunrise every morning, and watching the sea turtles right outside. Being in the ground floor was especially nice, and the grounds were exceptionally beautiful. We enjoyed an amazing breakfast a Keihi Caffe ( the cinnamon roll French toast was out of control good). We enjoyed watching the surfers on Freight Train, and watching the boats come and go from the harbor. Every interaction we had with another patron in the building was pleasant. Overall would recommend.

"My husband and I were looking for a RELAXING Maui get-away with our baby & MIL. This was the perfect place for us. Only about 15 min from the airport. The sound of the ocean waves constantly was so relaxing & furnished patio was perfect for the early mornings, afternoon, and evening (late morning the sun was a bit bright in the area). The kitchen was extremely well stocked, as well as necessary bathroom toiletries. We utilized the option for a pack-n-play to be available for us at the condo for the baby and brought our own little “mattress” and swaddle/blankets. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to the General Store/Restaurant, which we took advantage of a few times instead of always driving into Kihei for food. The guest guide given to us when we booked this place was very helpful as well!

"We had a wonderful stay at the property! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and the lanai was PERFECT and private. It was wonderful to sit outside, watch the water, listen to the waves, and sip coffee in the morning. We also loved taking ocean side walks in the morning and the evenings. The beds were extremely comfortable, as was the living room furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was really helpful to have the ability to wash clothes during the week. This location is quiet and somewhat secluded, and we could drive almost anywhere we wanted to go within 20 minutes or so. The hosts were extremely friendly and prompt to reply. They also helped when we had a small issue. We would absolutely stay here again and plan to do so soon!

"Beautifully and well appointed condo that is centrally located. This condo was amazing!! All the furnishings were beautiful and clean and the unit itself was so nice for my family’s vacation. "Had a great time at the property. There were a lot of turtles swimming in the water right outside the patio. The only downside is that there not many stores or restaurants near by. However, we knew that we made the booking. If you plan to eat out while here, make sure you have a rental car. Lots of good places about 20 mins away by car.

"Located at the perfect spot to go east, west and or to the north shore. Super easy ride to groceries and the airport, maybe 15 to 20 minutes. The kitchen was absolutely gorgeous with every amenity you could ask for. Enjoyed the washer and dryer alot too! "This was a perfect location for our vacation! Amazing ocean views! Home was clean, nicely furnished with everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Great convenience to have washer & dryer in the home. Beds were comfortable and and the bedroom set up/amount of space worked well with our family of 4 (Which included 2 older teens). It was a perfect jumping off point for all our daily excursions. Everything: grocery, restaurants, shopping, beaches were on average 15-20 min away including the airport.. very convenient. Josh, the Owner was very helpful on info and recomendations for the area and was quick to respond when we had a minor issue upon arrival. This is our 3rd trip to Maui and when we go back we will definitely look to stay here again!

"This is a beautiful and comfortable property, as pictured and described. Very centrally located making it easy to get around Maui. There isn’t a ton within walking distance, which meant we spent most of our time eating out in neighboring communities, but it was a short drive and it didn’t pose a problem. We noticed an ant problem on our first day. We bought ant traps, made sure to carefully clean the countertops after use and frequently took out the garbage and the problem diminished quickly. The highlight for sure, is that a lot of sea turtles hang out in the water right in front of the property, which was a delight. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

"Love, Love, Love! Condo was beautiful and view was even better. My family walked through the front door and kept walking until they were at the edge of the ocean. Then we all walked back and found a gorgeous condo! Great central area to explore the island. Amazing snorkel tour within walking distance. We loved the sunrise Haleakala tour, horseback riding overlooking the Pacific Ocean, road to Hana, our snorkeling tour and the beautiful town of Lahaina. Saw lots of sea turtles right outside our condo. Lots of beaches nearby. Highly recommend this condo!

"We loved staying in this condo. It was nice falling asleep to the crashing waves and waking up and seeing sea turtles and small crabs on the lava rocks right outside the sliding glass door. This place is quiet and has everything you need if you want took stay in and cook to enjoy the beautiful Maalaea Bay or lounge on the deck and watch the sunset. Not much to complain about. This place is in paradise, I fell in love with the place and the people of Maui. Thanks for hosting us!

"So happy with our stay. My children loved it! They didn’t want to leave. So many turtles each evening, right on the shore. The condo was lovely and right on the water and also close to the pool. Easy for the kids to play and to bbq. We were within easy walking distance to small sand beaches (drainage canal was the closest, but my kids (ages 4-10) loved it and found lots of small shells). We were a quick drive to our favorite, Makena Beach and great shopping. Overall, a total win for our family.

"Our stay here was a dream come true! Waking up every morning to that view and sound of the waves is worth every penny. The condo was so clean and has everything you’ll need to have a wonderful trip. We used the beach gear almost every day and it was perfect. The location is awesome because you’re right in the middle of everything so nothing is too far a drive. My husband and I enjoyed walking to grab some morning coffee nearby. We did have a problem with the sliding door being super loud but immediately they sent someone to fix it. The beds are super comfy so our family of 5 was very comfortable here. We enjoyed every second and can’t wait to come back!!

"We loved our stay and Josh was great to deal with. He provided suggestions as we had never traveled to Maui before. The condo was clean with a well equipped kitchen. "A+++ place. My bucket list trip to see the whales in Maui was great! Maalea harbor and the ocean view at the condo exceeded expectations. Saw whales breach the first morning while enjoying my coffee on the lanai. 15 min drive to Walmart and Costco to get ribeyes to grill by the pool and snacks for the kids. Beds very comfortable. 2 bathrooms gave us plenty of space. Quiet condo and well maintained. Highly recommend.

"Such an awesome Airbnb! There were 6 of us and the kitchen was fully stocked with high quality cookware and dinnerware. All the beds were so comfortable - even the sofa bed which is rare! Location was awesome 15-30 mins from everything. Plenty of seating for all of us to sit around, eat and bond. Loved this stay so much!

"We loved our stay at this unit. The view from the floor-to-ceiling sliding doors and nicely appointed balcony out onto a large bay with beautiful Haleakala volcano in the distance was outstanding (better than in the pictures). We could easily see whales each day (most of the day) with or without the binoculars provided. The interior was as nice in person as in the pictures, with enhancing touches such as quality drip coffee maker, large Roku TV with good quality bluetooth Bose soundbar, good lighting throughout, etc. The unit was clean and in order upon our arrival; the owner (Josh) had personally inspected. It is close to the parking lot and the building's pool. The grassy area just beyond the balcony is very well maintained; and there is easy walk-in access to the bay about 50 feet from the patio. Overall, a great experience and would not hesitate to stay there again on our next visit to Maui.

"This condo has lots of pros and only a few minor cons. Pros: Great location with a fantastic view. Sea turtles swim right out front. Away from the highway but easily accessible. Ground floor is actually a bonus as it makes the lanai feel bigger and the pool is easy to access (but not right in front of you). The host is super receptive and the directions were very clear. Comfortable master bed. Well stocked kitchen. Clean and updated. Quiet and serene. Cons: The beds in the second bedroom are not great for adult sized kids (too small/short). No sandy beach out front (but public beach access is easily and safely walkable). It is located on the main flight path for the airport, which wasn’t a huge problem but should be noted. The condo faces east so it is bright in the bedroom early in the morning and the lanai is too hot/sunny to enjoy until about noon, but the remainder of the day is fantastic. I would definitely stay here again.

"We were a family of four adults who wanted a restful vacation. This was a fantastic home away from home! It had all the amenities we needed to cook at home, do a little bit of work, and do laundry, while also being a good home base for all the sites we visited around the island. And wow, that view! It really does look like that. We only encountered a couple of tiny inconveniences that I almost didn't want to mention except for the fact that Josh was amazingly quick and responsive in personally addressing them himself onsite! We can't wait to return!

"Josh is an incredible host! I almost want to play down this review to keep this place to ourselves...but I wont. We came in late and Josh was available to help us with check in! we got in easily and went right to bed. In the morning we were impressed by the cleanliness, good taste decor and view. Wow, what a view with the waves gently crashing outside the master sweet we awoke to a seal and sea turtles flopping around in the bay. had some coffee then walked to the general store for breakfast(very solid). it's a short 15 min drive to kahlalui harbor and beach park for windsport lessons. haycraft beach was only a short walk and great for our kids to hang. the people in the neighborhood were quiet and it was a very peaceful setting. I am currently sitting in Waikiki beach post Josh's writing this review and it makes me long for the calm setting in maalaea bay. Josh was very responsive to any questions and had a good set of beach gear that made our stay really great. can't thank him enough for the wonderful spot!

"This is a fantastic place. We stayed here for several nights and twice we swapped neighbors, one of which had a young baby that we never heard because the walls are so well insulated (don't worry, you can listen to the waves). The lanai lets out 20 steps from the ocean where you can regularly see turtles, crabs, sandpipers, and likely whales, given the correct season. The bed was really soft and the pillows were perfect. We woke up early to watch the sun rise over the mountain and wrapped up each night listening to the waves. The kitchen is laid out well and we used it daily. Josh was also super easy to contact and left perfect instructions. I highly recommend this place!

"This is a perfect location..easy parking, easy access and beautiful unit. We are a family of 6 and we were plenty comfortable. We stayed only two nights and we were sad to leave. The kids enjoyed the pool..they had the place to themselves and it was a Saturday afternoon! We enjoyed a great snorkel tour in the harbor right by the unit. We also saw turtles feast off the algae on the rock shore right out the back door! Great host response and cool and comfortable space. We will be back again!

"This was a nice little space, right on the water! We could hear the waves crashing in the bay right from the bed, even with the doors closed! We were grateful to be minutes from the boat docks where we met our Molokini Crater & Turtle Town snorkeling boat at 6:30am. The space was new, clean, modern, well decorated, and comfortable. I am a germaphobe and felt very comfortable in this condo. The only thing I would recommend is changing the shower curtain liner and washing the cloth one for every single new guest. Thankfully I carry a new plastic liner with me whenever I travel somewhere that doesn't have glass shower doors, so we were able to install a new one. Thanks for creating a super comfortable space so we could enjoy our adventures so far from home, Josh!

"What a special place. Exactly as pictured. Four of us were comfortable and had everything we needed. We started our days with coffee on the lanai and ended our days with drinks on the lanai. With the ocean just feet away, the view was incredible. We grilled throughout our stay. Haycraft Beach, a couple of restaurants, and a nice General Store are all a short walk away. Having access to beach chairs and a beach umbrella was a nice added touch. Josh was responsive and welcoming. We can’t wait to return.

"My husband and I were very satisfied with our stay here! Our host, Josh, was awesome and quick to respond when reaching out to him. We had an issue with our dishwasher and he had it repaired the following day. It was very clean inside and out. A pretty quiet area to stay but you’re never too far from the more popular areas to eat, shop and explore. We would highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to come back again!

"We had an amazing stay at Josh's place. It was very well kept and equipped with everything we needed. Josh truly does care about making sure his guests are comfortable. He even accommodated us by providing a pack'n play for our little one. Just like other reviews have mentioned the views are spectacular and we saw the sea turtles everyday. It was magical. It's close enough to drive to other areas if you are interested in exploring other nearby areas. The guidebook that's provided is extremely helpful as well. I would definitely stay again.

"We loved our stay in this condo! We used the back patio constantly, and we also used the pool and grill that were just steps away, and the quiet, shaded beach just down the street. We had a very minor maintenance issue during our stay and Josh came over right away to take care of it. There was a good amount of space for two adults and two young adult sons. Also, we chose this condo in part after reading in the description that you can watch sea turtles from the patio - we had to walk a few steps closer to the water, but sure enough, there they were!

"Perfect location! Not only are you close to everything around the island, but the view is so relaxing. We stayed with 3 teenage boys and we all enjoyed the mornings on the patio, turtles, fishing, walks to the store and the little gem of a beach down the street. If you want a quiet vacation away from the hussle and bussle of the tourist areas, this is it! Plus, listening to waves crash as you fall asleep makes it a true Hawaiian experience that you never want to leave. Josh was amazing and really made sure we were taken care of and took care of everything. "This is a great place which met our expectations in every aspect… the beauty, the comfort, the quality. The home is equipped with all you need on vacation… and moRe.
