"Turtles Turtles Everywhere : Amazing. This is a great place off the beaten path of the hustle and bustle of the resorts (20-25 min drive). Very clean place with everything we needed. Beds super comfortable. Magnificent views every morning and evening on the balcony. Walking distance to sugar beach which was great for us. Kids loved playing in the surf. Plenty of shade. Nice locals. Wear shoes - thorny trees. Pool at the places is great. Excellent food options with 5/6 restaurants at the marina. Great shops. Aquarium was fun. You see tons of turtles from the balcony and can snorkel with them right off of the property. The kids said best vacation ever. Locals said you can see plenty of whales when they are in season. 15 minutes to airport and groceries. Hawaiian potato chips are the best at the 76 gas station right by the place.

"Stay for son’s wedding : We booked this condo for several of our adult children and their spouses to stay in for another son’s wedding. The view was amazing. The renovations on the unit are great, AC and technology worked well. It is not far from a Walmart for supplies and food. It is walking distance to a Starbucks. It is a distance from the traditionally touristy hotels and golf courses but the group staying there loved hanging together in one place and said they would recommend/would stay there again.

"We got had a long day at the airport ending in our return flight being cancelled. At 6 PM we requested this Airbnb in a panic that we may not find a place. "We spent five days here in December and couldn't have been happier with our stay. The condo was incredibly comfortable and felt just like home. The couch was cozy, the three bedrooms were all well-appointed and comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and spacious. Best of all, the lanai offered a stunning view that we’ll never forget. The management team was friendly, responsive, and made both check-in and check-out seamless. The air conditioning in every room was a lifesaver, especially with the warm December temperatures. The only suggestion for improvement would be to consider replacing the stove/cooktop, as it takes an unusually long time to heat up. We found ourselves waiting nearly three times as long for anything involving the stove. Other than that, our experience was fantastic!

"The location of the property sits perfectly between all the major tourist attractions on both the north and south side of the island. We really enjoyed watching the sunrise oceanfront every morning from the balcony. The condo was well set up for a family and stocked with everything we needed to prepare and eat meals and head to the beach. At one point we returned back from a day at the beach to find that the entire condo complex had the water shut off due to a broken pipe out front but the hosts were quick and frequent to communicate the problem as well as the solution even though it was an issue that was out of their control. 5 stars all around and would stay here again!

"Beautiful place, the nearest beach is like 5 mins walk. The o ly issue we had is that cool top takes too long to heat so it was difficult to cook breakfast every morning, but other than that the place is great and has everything they post and more. Will stay here again.

"We had a great stay at this property with our friends! Everyone was comfortable and it suited our needs perfectly. The hosts always responded quickly and were very accommodating. We loved that we had access to beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys for the kids to play with. We took a snorkel tour right from the harbor down the street, which made it super easy to get there in the early morning hours. The only small drawback was that restaurants within the area were somewhat limited, but we spent a lot of time exploring the island and Kihei was about 15 minutes away with an abundance of options. Our favorite part of the property was being able to wake up to a beautiful sunrise each morning. Thank you for a great stay!

"Our stay in unit 212 was a last minute decision because the reservation we had at another resort was not honored by the unit owner the day of check-in. The Luxe Maui property manager contacted me right after we reserved 212 to inform us that the cooktop was broken and offered a full refund if that would affect our stay, which it didn’t. The condo was lovely and squeaky clean with all the amenities we could need. Watching humpbacks from our lanai was fabulous! The resort itself was very clean and secure. We grilled out a few nights on grills provided by the resort and swam in the beautiful pool. A few restaurants and shops are within walking distance as is a lovely beach. Sea turtles were frequent visitors by the seawall and charter cruises available at the nearby harbor. Full service grocery store was 15-20 minutes away. It turned out to be just a perfect place for the last week of our Hawaii vacation. Sometimes changes do turn out for the better. ☺️

"Loved the central LOCATION (close to airport and Maalaea harbor for snorkeling and whale watching excursions - also central to Road to Hana & Haleakala summit) and LANAI with ocean & Haleakala Mountain View with some coconut trees. The condo had everything we needed - from beach towels to beach chairs and great kitchen - loved the big shower and comfy beds. Before our trip, I reached out to Ramu that we have elderly people in our group and one of his properties we booked didn’t have elevator. Ramu was very kind and generous in offering our elderly aunts & uncle even a better property with elevator and great views. We really appreciate your thoughtfulness and support for our elderly aunts and uncle. Many thanks for your thoughtfulness and note (even thinking about step-in bathroom for elderly). We are very grateful to have found you and will 100% recommend Luxe Maui properties for future trips to Maui.

"Every single part of our expectations was not just met but somehow magically exceeded! Such an incredible experience to see the Haleakala Mountain with the beautiful bay at its foot. Literally wake up and open your eyes to an unforgettable sunrise. We felt like we were centrally located and by chance booked snorkeling right down the block. It’s pretty windy but in a cool Hawaii way. The kiddos loved the turtles in the morning! Way cooler than I imagined, very close! They really had everything we needed for the beach too beach chairs umbrella and pail for the kiddos. Costco is like 5 minutes from Airport and the place is 15min from there. Beds are very comfortable! The pool was a hit with the kids (a 2 yr 4yr and 9 yr).There are beaches literally everywhere within walking distance. We were a family of 8 and didn’t feel crowded at all! Plenty of room! Locals super friendly! We hope we can visit again soon! Thank you Josh and Maui Properties! Epic!

"The host was very responsive, always responding within minutes of sending a message. He assured that we were well taken care of during our stay. The beds were comfortable which is a must for myself. "Such a great experience. We were so close to cancelling due to the horrible tragedy with the town of Lahaina and we are honestly really glad we didn’t. All of the locals we came across during the entire trip were really happy, thankful, and eager that we were there to support as much as we could. Of course the actual Airbnb was perfect and literally had no complaints. The views, sea turtles, walkable beach park down the street, and space for our family of 8+1 infant was sooo great and was beyond our expectations. We also got to meet the host Josh and he was great! "My husband, our 2 young children and my sister's family of 4 stayed at this beautiful condo and it worked perfectly for us. There was enough space and the amenities in this unit were great, they had everything we needed in the kitchen, the washer and dryer were full size and really came in handy. They had beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel stuff available for use. The views from the balcony were gorgeous and you see sea turtles daily. There is a nice beach park just at the end of the road called Haycraft park with a great beach perfect for the kids. The pool area is just mediocre but with the beach right down the street we didn't go to the pool. My only complaint was the wind, this area was super windy compared to where we stayed earlier in the week which was just north of Kaanapali. This unit is located in Maalaea and it was so so windy, like 40+mph winds day and night. We were visiting in mid-late July so I'm not sure this had anything to do with it but besides that it was perfect!

"This condo is exactly as listed. Host is extremely responsive. It was very spacious for a group of 7. The location was great for our short 3-night stay because it’s easily accessible to/from the airport, Wailea, Paia, and Lahaina by car. The view is beautiful! We do suggest they add a mirror to the room with the bunk bed because the two other rooms have full closet mirrors.

"Great place to stay while in Maui! Central location to drive to various beaches around the island. And the view of the ocean from the place was amazing! Not sure if this was communicated but the only caution I would suggest to the guests is that when we were there it was very windy and the doors could slam strongly unless they are secured by the magnets that are at the bottom of the doors to the walls. But besides that it was a great experience.

"This Airbnb was amazing! Our whole family of 8 loved it. The host was so gracious to provide a brand new pack and play and high chair for my one year old son so we didn’t need to pack it. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. The patio was in the perfect location. You could see the sunrise but didn’t get the harsh direct sun sitting out there. The location was wonderful since we have never stayed outside of west Maui. Parking was perfect. We saw so many turtles behind the property and the pool was great for my one year old who is learning how to swim. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Maui. "Easy drive to most everywhere on the island (including Haleakala summit, if that’s in your plans). Right on the water — not a sandy beach but good for turtle and whale watching (in season), with a long sandy beach a couple minutes’ walk down the road. "Great place! Central location with many beaches nearby. A 5 minute walk to Malaaea harbor where many boats/snorkel trips leave from, as well as a few restaurants and a general store/cafe. It was easy to travel to Lahaina (~25 mins) as well as nearby Kihei so we got to see both the west and south sides of Maui. Provides everything you need for the beach- chairs, umbrella and towels and a cooler! We saw whales from the lanai each day as well as sea turtles from the shore.

"Loved our stay here with our family of 4 plus my parents. Enough space to not be on top of each other! The location is central to getting around the island. "We stayed here for a week with our two kids (6 & 10) and my parents. It was a fantastic home base for exploring the rest of the island, as well as being walkable to things to do right there, like the harbor, aquarium, and beach. The layout was perfect for the six of us and the kitchen and cooler Josh provided made it easy for us to prepare our own food for meals and day trips. We especially loved the large lanai with unobstructed ocean views. We ate most meals out there and enjoyed relaxing and listening to the ocean there at night. It was the perfect spot for our very first big family vacation!

"Josh was excellent in his communication with us and was catering to our requests. The condo itself is modern compared to a lot of the other airbnbs I've stayed at in Hawaii. I appreciated that there was no carpet so it felt much cleaner. Location-wise, we were really excited to have a waterfront view, and this made it enjoyable to sit out on the lanai or walk downstairs to the shore for drinks. We even spotted a few turtles while we walked along the ocean front. While there isn't much to do in Maalaea itself and there are no beaches within walking distance, it is a convenient middle point - only 10-15 mins to Kihei, 30 mins to Wailea and 30 mins to Kaanapali. The condo was well stocked with beach equipment- 2 umbrellas, about 6 beach chairs, many beach towels and even a set or two of snorkel gear, a cooler. We used the grill at the pool area a couple of times, but opted to drive to a beach rather than use the pool. Bathrooms were very comfortable and included full containers of soap, shampoo and conditioner rather mini hotel style ones, which was much appreciated.

"One Great Vacation! The condo was fabulous and so well appointed. Was amazed at the view—right on the ocean and we slept to the sound of the waves lapping on the shore. Josh was a super host and checked in to ensure all was well. The kitchen had all utensils, pots and pans that one could ever want to prepare a gourmet meal. Josh even had beach chairs, beach towels and other accoutrements perfect for a day in the sun. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and comforters were soft, clean and cozy. One of the most beautiful places we've ever experienced. And the view! Wow! Just stepping out on the lanai the whole ocean right in front of you. We were lucky to have the full moon greet us during our stay, and with limited light pollution, we were able to see stars and galaxies never evident at home in the city. I would recommend this stay from any and all points of view. I hope someday to return.

"Such a great place to stay in Maui! We started and ended every day on the patio watching the sun rise or the stars at night. The shared spaces were perfect for our group and having a washer/dryer available was so convenient. The biggest bonus was the beach chairs and beach towels available to use during the whole stay! "Great condo! Two families fit perfectly with three kids under three years old. One family with one toddler and one infant took the first two rooms, and then the second family with one infant took master. It was wonderful waking up next to the ocean each morning, and enjoying coffee on the balcony. It helped a lot to have a washer and dryer in unit to clean towels, kids clothes, etc. We'll be back!

"Our family of five spent a week at Josh and Rebecca's place, and loved it! The views are spectacular, you can hear the waves from the nearby shore (just a few feet away!) all day long, and it is well stocked with pretty much everything we needed. We got to watch surfers from the balcony, and even had a few turtle sightings during our stay. The place has a fully operational kitchen and laundry, as well as some nice extras like beach chairs and coolers available for our use. It was spacious and comfortable, with both AC and great natural air circulation. Josh was super responsive from the moment we booked through the end of the trip itself, helping us with recommendations and guidance on activities, weather, and any other question we asked. Highly recommended!

"Super responsive hosts from prior to arrival all the way to departure. The place itself was lovely especially when travelling with a family + baby. "Amazing place and amazing hosts! This condo was clean and well equipped for our 6 night stay. Beds were comfy. Can’t beat the view of the sunrise over Haleakala in the mornings! Bay is beautiful and we even saw some whales. Very quiet complex and only a 1 min drive or 10 min walk to the beach! We walked each morning on the beach that stretches from Haystack beach all the way around to Kihei. The condo was 15-20 min from about anywhere and we took a sailing charter from the harbor down the road. Great stay!!!

"Nice condo near the water! Great place to sit on the balcony in the morning to drink your coffee and watch the sunrise and look for whales. "This was pur first time in Maui and also with our 1 year old. Josh and Rebecca made it so easy for us to commite to renting this place for the time we were there. Josh was always quick with responding and answered ever question I had regarding the condo as well as Maui questions we had. There were 7 adults and a 1 year old. There was enough space and beds for all of us to stay comfortably. They also provided a pack n play and highchair which was so convenient and one less thing we had to worry about or pack. In addition to all the beach chairs, umbrella and beach equipment to use; that was a life saver. We absolutely loved the balcony where we saw sea turtles daily and watched the sunrise over Haleakalā summit. The location was perfect, right in the middle of all the places we wanted to go. Our only "negative comment" would the horrible pans. Luckily we didn't eat in very much but the few times we did found ourselves soaking and scraping pans clean.

"Rebecca and Josh were great host. Condo was in a great location on the bay and a super nice place to stay. The view is spectacular! We loved waking to the sites and sound of the beautiful Maui ocean and sky. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the patio and out in the back taking in the views and activities of the bay including blue surf, turtles, fish, swaying palm trees, mountains, distant city lights, stars and the brilliant skies of Hawaii sunrises and sunsets. If you want to relax in a relatively chill environment overlooking the surf and spray, this is the place to be. There’s a lot of wind that makes the temperature comfortable. It’s a short distance to boat harbor and easy walk to the long stretch of beach that leads to town of Kihei. It’s also in a central location if you want to explore all parts of the island as we did. It was an exceptional experience for us and made our stay in Maui that much more special. We were grateful to Rebecca and Josh for the opportunity to absorb Maui in this unique way since we don’t like it too busy and touristy.

"Rebecca and Josh place was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed, the three bedroom was great for our family everyone gets their own room. The best part of the condo was the large balcony it was perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunsets, with lots of turtles right in front of the condo. This is a great central location close to everything, 20 mins or so to major town Kihei, Paia, Lahaina, Wailuku and many more. Josh got back to us quickly with any questions during booking and was very accommodating. Our TV went out on the first day and Josh replaced it with a brand new TV right away. We got to meet Josh very friendly, super nice guy. They checked in on us during our stay to make sure that we had everything that we needed. "Everything about this space was perfect in terms of location and amenities. The private beach was perfect for early mornings and chill afternoons to watch the sun rise and set. Views are unreal, and the grass area below was perfect for whale watching/doing at home workouts on the oceanfront. My only suggestion would be to rent a car, because depending on Uber's/Lyfts in this area was difficult. But once we rented a car, everything went so smoothly. The location is central to almost everything, and nothing is too far of a drive. Amazing property, will definitely come back if given the opportunity!

We loved the location and being close to either Kihei (where we did most of our dining) and Lahaina. The sunrises we enjoyed on the deck each morning were so beautiful. The view was incredible!!! Rebecca and Josh have put so much love and effort into their space and it shows! The beds are comfy, the kitchen has all the amenities you could ask for. We had 4 small children with us so I was especially thankful for the beach toys and beach umbrella already provided. And when asked, Josh very kindly and quickly delivered an extra pack n play! This condo is such a gem and Josh was always so hospitable and quick to respond and help us out.

"My partner and I were on Maui for business and we needed to find a place for 12 days. We were looking for somewhere where we could relax once the day was done and on the weekend because due to Covid restrictions we could not go anywhere else. This is when we came across Josh and Rebecca's place. Josh responded quickly to all questions prior to us booking and was very helpful with me feeling comfortable before confirming. I truly felt confident there would not be any unresolvable issues should one arise. That's important to me if I'm going to commit for that long. After arriving, we could not believe what we had scored! Gorgeous sunrises over Haleakala to a cup of coffee in the morning and and a full moonrise with a beer over Haleakala at night! We were 40 ft. from the ocean! Even if we could leave the condo it would be a great central location on Maui to get to Lahaina, Kihei, Kahului, and really not that bad to get to Haleakala. On top of that, the place was clean and spacious, with a kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. You could tell the place was well looked after. The business we had on Maui might be a annual thing and because of Josh and Rebecca's Aloha and hospitality we'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

"From the moment you walk in the views of Haleakala and the ocean are just breath taking. The way the condo is designed allows for a constant breeze from the trade winds or there is an option in every room for a/c. The amenities were also great. The greenery in the back yard provides a relaxing spot to stroll and enjoy the breeze. The pool was nice as well. Rebecca and Josh definitely took the time to ensure we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We found it to be a great location for everything we had planned (Mauiwine, surfing goat farm, etc. and over to Lahaina the next day). Definitely recommend

"If you love amazing sunrises, the lull of the waves, and tropical breezes, this is your place. We had a terrific stay made even better with the hospitality of our hosts. "This place is so nice, newly renovated and lots of space for our group of 7. The view off the porch was amazing—we watched whales jumping out of the water from our balcony! We also saw sea turtles by the rock wall on property. There is a beach access not far from the condo, but it wasn’t ideal for the kids swimming (more sandy waves and rocks). But there were obviously tons of other beaches to choose from. Josh was very hospitable and responsive—from where to surf, to maintenance issues, really anything! The condo was stocked w all the beach things we needed and all the kitchen items. Even down to shampoo and such in the showers. We also enjoyed the Hawaiian treats they left for us. We were there at a weird time but still enjoyed this place.

"The condo was wonderfully well appointed and spacious enough for the whole crew. The lanai is absolutely fabulous and we did a good deal of whale and turtle watching from it. "Josh was super prompt and helpful with activity suggestions! And the unit was lovely - stylishly decorated, large, and well appointed with a few local treats to welcome us! Unfortunately, we were a little disappointed with the location once we got out and about - as the nearby beach was small, narrow, crowded, right along a busy road, and not the surf we were looking for. Josh did not misrepresent the location, we just didn’t do enough research on the nearby beach. Plenty of folks were enjoying the beach, it’s just that we were expecting/hoping for something different. other than that the location was central to Lahaina, airport, Paia, Wailea, etc. which made it easy!

"Beautiful condo, spacious, modern and updated with nice touches such as beach towels, chairs, cooler, boogie boards provided. Gorgeous oceanfront views from the lanai and master bedroom. The unit itself has clearly been recently renovated and well taken care of, spotless and very comfortable. We bought groceries for breakfast and snacks, and ate most of our dinners out. We did not use the pool as it was quite small and unfortunately we did not have the greatest weather over our 5 day stay. The area of Maalaea is quieter and less commercial, with fewer amenities compared to the more touristy areas like Kaanapaali, Lahaina, Wailea etc. We would have liked a few more restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance, especially given the weather didn't lend itself to the beach every day. Haycraft Beach Park is a small public swimming beach about a 5-minute walk away, with calm surf and not crowded. The condo complex itself is older and is somewhat in need of some updating, particularly the pool and lobby area. That being said it's hard to have a bad time in Maui and we managed to relax and enjoy ourselves, even finding a new waterfall to hike to and a great new spot for dinner in Kihei - the Maui Brewing Company. "The place is awesome, the hosts were very communicative and the instructions and helpful tips binder were great. The rooms are situated nicely and there are lots of beach things which is appreciated (cooler, towels, 4 beach chairs, boogie board, etc). We cooked in a few nights and there are lots of pans and dishes. Only thing is there are no spices so if you need anything just make sure you pick it up at the store. "This a stylish condo with prime ocean front views. . It’s located centrally and pretty much most activities are located within 30-60 mins . "Josh and Rebecca's condo was perfect for our family. We loved the spacious floor plan, the bright decor, comfortable beds, and beautiful view from the lanai. We even spotted some sea turtles swimming just outside! Maalaea had a chill, mellow vibe. The local beach at Haycraft Park was just our speed.

"The apartment is beautifully maintained and is right on the ocean. The nearest beach is about a 5 minute walk and is very calm. We were travelling with an infant and a 5 year old and they both had a great time at the beach. There is pool on the property but since we had a great time at the beach we didn't really end up using the pool. The apartment was very clean, all the towels and bed lenins were basically new and spotless. There were a few fruit flies but they were probably because the previous guest left coffee in the coffee maker for a little too long. It wasn't much of a bother and we had a great stay otherwise. We forgot a jacket during checkout and Josh was super responsive in co-ordinating and getting it back to us the next day. 5/5 would stay here again.

"Our family really enjoyed Josh and Rebecca's condo! The condo was spacious enough for three generations of our family to enjoy and had plenty of perks and nice touches to make everyone happy! We thought the hosts were extremely outgoing and truly went out of there way to make our trip enjoyable. The condo was very well stocked with anything and everything we could need! We will absolutely book this condo again for our family trips!

"Josh and Rebecca's place was absolutely wonderful! I came with a group of 7 and we couldn't ask for anything more. The big highlight for us was the large lanai directly facing the ocean. We did everything we could out there from drinking our morning coffees while watching the sunrise to having our evening drinks under the sunset. When we left, that was by far the most missed aspect of the apartment! Otherwise, the condo was bright and spotless when we arrived. There was enough room for all of us to spread out and finding parking outside was never an issue. We got a nice surprise when we found out that our snorkeling tour actually departed from the marina which is located just a 5 minute walk away from the condo. It was great to be able to sleep in a little and just have a nice stroll to our early morning excursion. We would definitely stay here again our next time in Maui!

"Absolutely stunning, spotless, stylish Maui getaway. This will be our go to spot every year that we return. Away from the hustle and bustle of Kīhei or Ka’anapali but so close to wither spot. Great restaurants within walking distance and a fully equipped kitchen for making an amazing meal! Beds are comfortable, everything is brand new, and most importantly Josh is quite literally the best host we have EVER had. Mahalo, we will be back for sure!

"This condo is great. We loved the location because it was a great place to explore from but very quiet area. The unit has a great balcony with nice patio furniture and screens on the doors so you can get a great breeze coming through the unit. There is A/C but we never used it. The kitchen has everything you could need to make great meals. Bathrooms are great and spacious. Love the walk in showers, and they supplied the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in large containers, not the small hotel bottles which is a nice touch. The beds are very comfortable, even the pullout bed and the blinds block out all the light if you want to sleep in. The condo is so nicely decorated and really good to come back to at the end of the day. If you have any issues, Josh will get back to you immediately to help you out. Lots of parking on site. Works well if someone has mobility issues because of the elevator and the walk in shower. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it 100%.

"Great place to stay. The kitchen is the best equipped of any Airbnb rental we have had. And, it is adjacent to the best beach on Maui. We highly recommend the rental.

"As a frequent Airbnb customer, I have never been so appreciative of my hosts as I have been with Josh and Rebecca. My family’s initial reaction upon entering the condo was priceless, many ooh’s and ahh’s. We found the accommodations clean, and beautifully designed/decorated. It was a treat to have spectacular views of both the ocean, mountain and neighboring islands. Josh was very attentive to our needs and returned messages promptly, which I appreciated very much. Because of the colors and design of your condo, our family celebration photos were vibrant! I would not take away or add anything to this perfect weekend.

"As captain of a private jet that travels all over the globe, I am blessed with the opportunity to stay at many places. This condo was simply, perfect. The view is spectacular. It is a few minutes walk from the beach. Super easy access off a nice quiet road. In the end this place earns its perfect score because of the little things. Things like the softest towels I have ever used, or top quality beds that made us want to sleep in. The fully equipped kitchen had everything that you would need. Everything looked and worked like new. Will definitely stay again!

"This place is just as gorgeous as in the photos. The apartment is spacious and stylish, the beds are comfortable, and every day you get to wake up to the ocean feet away from your window. Josh and Rebecca were very friendly and responsive, and Josh met is in person when we arrived. There were plenty of linens, bathroom necessities, and a well equipped kitchen. The place is also surprisingly quiet when the windows are shut and it really increased the feeling of peace and privacy. It was well worth the money and we would definitely stay there again.
