It’s a short drive from Costco, Target, & Whole foods and an array of delicious restaurants.

"We enjoyed our stay this past week. The location is centralized so its easy to get to both sides of the island. The condo had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed the pool and it never was super busy. We were able to watch turtles in the evening right out back as well. It was overall fantastic! We did make sure to book an airbnb with a/c, however it doesnt go below 74 and the living room fan can only be set to low. It wasnt the end of the world as when we opened both doors it was cool enough but it did get toasty a few times in the living room.

"Gorgeous view, turtles right out front of this well maintained property. Unit was beautiful and well appointed. We used the grills one night which was perfect after visiting farmers market for local ingredients. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need, and more! Appreciated the personal touch of a phone call to answer questions in advance of our trip and even local recommendations for a birthday cake for my husband. Maui cookies and coffee were a nice touch too. Highly recommended.

"We really loved the Condo the grounds were beautifully kept. The Bay is beautiful. They had everything we could think of for a quiet vacation. Nice little notes and labels. We felt very at home. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and etc. We stayed in most evenings. It was quiet and located between all the planned activities. We could easily drive to where we wanted to go. Short drive to the Market. We would 100 % go back to this location.

"This condo is exactly what you see in the pictures, I will definitely stay with them again! The views are amazing, loved watching the planes and boats, and the whales and turtles. The condo has everything you need! The owners take pride in their property, very updated, clean, clean, clean! I loved every second I was in the room and was super sad to leave. "Unit 408 was spotless with updated furnishings. The grounds and pool were well kept and clean. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a small general store close by. Management was very helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend this location and management company.

"A perfect property for our family of four. Pool was clean and convenient. Location is near marina where charter boat tours leave from. Short drive to all of the important Maui tourist sites. Parking included. Although it is ocean front, there is no beach, but alternatives are nearby. Loved our stay and would come back!

"This condo was just what our family of two adults and two kiddos (10 & 7) needed! The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast and whatever else you could need. Nice to have the washer & dryer on property too! The lanai was beautiful and so was the view! Ac was cold and overall everything was cozy and perfect. The location is perfect because it’s only a 13 min drive from the airport and central to everything. We even walked to the hula cookies ice cream sandwich vending machine by Maui ocean center for a sweet treat in the evening when things were closed. It’s a great place for families and the pool is nice to have although we just went Makena’s big beach & Polo beach in Wailea (free parking and showers!) most days. Wish we could have stayed longer! Go out to eat at Tiffanys! It’s amazing! Mahalo ❤️

"Beautiful condo: The condo was nicely updated and well stocked. Clean and comfortable. A/C was great. Soft, fluffy towels! The view was beautiful. Situated in a windy part of the island…beach access a few minutes walk-as it’s extremely rocky right out front. Aquarium a block away was great! Nothing else in walking distance-but centrally located on island to drive places. Would have liked some beach chairs and the ability to convert the twin beds into a “king” as we were two couples. But otherwise it was lovely!

"This property is a great central Maui location. There isn’t much around but central to all of the glorious things Maui has to offer. The property was in great condition and had amazing views of the ocean and sunrise views from the master bedroom. The kitchen was full of all the necessary amenities to cook a full course meal. There is coffee pot but you will need to supply your own coffee. The pool seemed great, however our kids never were able to get into the pool because of the local residence that were very particular with the times the pool was open and age restriction of the kids (they were not very friendly). Otherwise this was a great spot.

"Our family of 4 loved our stay at this property. It is a beautiful and spacious space and looked even better than the photos. It was well appointed and we greatly enjoyed our ocean view. The complex was quiet and peaceful. We loved using the pool and walking the grounds. This part of Maui seemed less busy, albeit pretty windy. The property was lovely and a highlight of our stay in Hawaii.

"We enjoyed our stay here so much! It was nice and very quiet which made for a relaxing stay. The kitchen was FULLY stocked and they even supplied beach chairs and towels , a cooler and an umbrella. We were also very impressed with the cleanliness! Our beds were awesome and bathrooms were extra clean. Our host was also very responsive, replied quickly and was extremely helpful Bonus was being able to see the turtles just in your backyard! Super cool! "Beautiful and comfortable space with unbeatable views! The location is really convenient to get to multiple parts of the island, while still being located in a quiet and tranquil spot. There's the added bonus of being able to see many turtles daily right at the edge of the water! The hosts were incredibly friendly, communicative, and accommodating. "This location is very nice and peaceful. It's quiet and relaxing, and you don't hear anything once you close the windows and turn the air on but if you would rather keep the windows open the sound of the ocean is very relaxing in the master bedroom and living area. The beds are on the softer side but there is plenty of extra blankets should you need them. The kitchen in the condo has all of the items you would need for your time away from home, as well as beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and towels. It was wonderful to stay here. I will say that while there is a beach within walking distance to this location, there are many more beautiful beaches to check out on the island so be sure to venture out. The hosts were wonderful and responsive to all of our questions that we had during our time here.

"The condo is better than the pictures. It has beautiful ocean view from the balcony as well as from the master bedroom, on two sides. Owner has put in high end fixtures and quality furnishing throughout. Management company was exceptional in answering questions. My spouse enjoyed using the communal grill and chatting with other friendly condo owners in the evening. The location is central to all the activities we wanted to do. We did find ourselves commuting to Kihei (15 minutes drive) frequently for grocery and restaurants. During our stay we experienced very strong winds, more so in Maalaea bay than other parts of the island. Overall it was a fantastic stay. The only thing missing was sunset view since the balcony is Southeast facing.

"Great ocean view with fully equipped beautiful apartment! You will find everything you need in the house and the room is very clean. And it is quite near the harbor which will be convenient to attend the whale watching tour. Go to the downtown or airport takes about 15min drive which is also convenient. Really recommend!

"Beautiful view and reasonable price to stay at a beautiful condo in Maui! The team was very responsive to any questions. I liked the location although you would need to drive to the next biggest town, it’s centrally located and easy to visit Kihei, Wailea, and Lahaina. Not too far from the airport either.

"This is a great stay! Location is right on the harbor and if you travel in the month of late Jan. to Feb. timeframe, you will see the whales in the harbor at distance right from the balcony. It is a quiet location, and away from large resorts. Also, the harbor for whale watching, snorkeling and other water activities is walking distance from the condo. We had a great stay. Enjoyed our time, the instruction were clear and location was absolutely amazing, would highly recommend staying here.

"We loved hanging out on the spacious lanai which had a lovely view of the ocean and shelter from the Trade winds. We saw turtles in the rocky beach right in front of the complex and were able to easily walk down to the sandy beach at the end of the road for a swim. The owners quickly responded to any questions we had. We would definitely stay at this location again!

"We loved the villa. Very roomy, comfortable and clean. Beautiful view of the ocean and since the balcony is right in front of the pool (4th floor) its very easy to watch over the pool. Loved seeing the sea turtles come in front of the property! Very clean bbq area that we used often. Very conveniet to drive to costco or elsewhere (25 mins). Met some wonderful people. Bottom line the unit was as advertised, pictures were accurate and we would go back again. Lastly the property management were very responsive to any question we had.

"We had a great stay! Ramu is a highly professional host and on top of every detail. The property itself is quite nice -- extremely clean and well-stocked with the sorts of things that are often overlooked in an AirBnb. There were plenty of towels for both showering and the beach. There was a sturdy beach umbrella that actually works. The kitchen had every basic tool you'd need -- things as simple as measuring spoons and cups, which we've often found missing at other places. They are small touches, but they show that the host has thought through what a guest needs to enjoy their stay. The property was quiet during our stay. We never heard anyone in another unit. The balcony has a lovely view of the bay and directly overlooks a nice, big pool that we enjoyed several times during our stay. The property's location is extremely convenient as Maalaea is as central as you can get -- about 15 to 30 minutes from the airport, upcountry, south Maui and Lahaina. We hope to stay again one day!

"This place has amazing reviews!! However, there are somethings that need to be repaired. 1) There is a screen door to enter the condo. If you close it then it gets stuck. We stood and tried to open it for around 20 minutes until 2 people could help us. They had to lift the door. 2) The master bedroom button to pull is so hard to make it a shower. It really hurts your fingers. 3) The back porch door is SO hard to open and on nights it was windy it kept making a clicking noise because the latch is worn down. 4) The bulb in the other bedroom was out. 5) The wifi is also a little unstable. 6) The elevator broke on our checkout day and you are on the 4th floor. The maintenance person says it breaks a lot. I will say if the owner fixes these things it would be worth the money.
