Terms & Conditions

By booking a vacation rental with Luxe Maui Properties, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.

General Policies

RENTER REQUIREMENTS:

  • The person making the reservation must be the same as the credit/debit cardholder and is considered the Guest of Record.
  • All other individuals staying at the property are considered Invitees.
  • Guests must be at least 21 years old to book.

MINIMUM STAY:

  • Minimum stay requirements vary by property and are subject to local, county, and state regulations.

PAYMENTS & BALANCES:

  • A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance is automatically charged to the payment method on file before the due date.
  • Luxe Maui Properties accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Guest Communications & Fees

TEXT COMMUNICATIONS:

  • By providing your phone number, you agree to receive text updates regarding your stay. Message and data rates may apply.

Occupancy & Property Use

OCCUPANCY & HOUSE RULES:

  • Luxe Maui Properties are for personal vacation use only.
  • Commercial, business, or event use is strictly prohibited.
  • The Guest of Record must be present for the entire stay and may not sublet the property.
  • The maximum number of guests is determined at booking. Any additional guests must be approved and may incur additional fees.

DAMAGE POLICY:

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
  • Luxe Maui Properties reserves the right to charge the guest’s credit card for damage, or leaving the property excessively dirty.

DAMAGE PROTECTION:

  • Some reservations may include accidental damage protection. Please confirm with our team if this applies to your booking.

Check-In & Check-Out

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:

  • Check-in and check-out times are outlined in your arrival instructions.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional fees.
  • Guests must leave the rental tidy upon departure. Excessive cleaning may result in an  additional charge.

Property Conditions & Maintenance

UPON ARRIVAL:

  • Guests must inspect the property upon arrival and report any issues immediately.
  • No refunds or adjustments will be made unless Luxe Maui Properties is notified during your stay.

EMERGENCIES & MAINTENANCE:

  • For urgent issues, contact the provided emergency support number in your arrival instructions.

NO SMOKING POLICY:

  • Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in all Luxe Maui Properties, including on balconies, lanais, and outdoor areas.
  • Violations will result in cleaning fees and potential eviction.

POOLS & HOT TUBS:

  • Use of pools and hot tubs is at your own risk.

Cancellations & Refunds

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Luxe Maui Properties adheres to its cancellation policy.
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your reservation against unforeseen circumstances.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.

FORCE MAJEURE & UNAVAILABILITY:

  • If the property becomes unavailable due to safety concerns, sale, or legal restrictions, Luxe Maui Properties reserves the right to cancel the reservation and issue a full refund.
  • Refunds are not issued for weather-related events, road closures, or power outages. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Additional Terms

PRIVATE PROPERTY DISCLOSURE:

  • All Luxe Maui Properties are privately owned homes, not hotels. Services such as daily cleaning, concierge, and room service are not included but may be arranged for an additional fee.

MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS:

  • By booking, you consent to receive marketing emails about future stays and promotions. You may opt-out at any time.

By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Luxe Maui Properties Terms & Conditions. You also affirm that you will explain these policies to your entire travel party.

Luxe Maui Properties reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
