Beautiful property with great location. Easy access to beach. And super responsive host.
We had a great stay! View of ocean is beautiful. The layout of bedrooms was perfect for 6 of us with bunkbed for kids. Location is great to explore Maui easily. Pool is small and unheated which made it harder to utilize because we had a bit cooler weather but would be fine in warmer weather. Host checked in multiple times to make sure we were happy.
This Airbnb was so perfect! This was our grandchildren’s first trip to Maui, and they loved every moment! One of our grandsons loves turtles, and this is the place for turtles! Every day we saw them, and on the calm days, we even snorkeled with them! The water was so gorgeous! The pool just outside the patio area was also so lovely and crystal blue. Everything perfect! The location was great, very central to everything in maui. The host was very responsive and the place was as advertised.

Beautiful place and easy to check in. What made it even better was how available they were through text. We hadvalot of rain that week and theyd answer promptly if we had any questions about what to do on the island. It was a ton of help.
The location is central and convenient to several great areas on the island. It’s peaceful and quiet. Walkable to Starbucks, harbor shops and a small beach park at the end of the street. The condo itself is spacious and has a breathtaking view from the lanai. We loved watching all the surfers and sea turtles! If you’re looking for 3 bedrooms with a view, this condo is perfect for you.
Property was exactly as described. Great view of ocean. Centrally located for convenient access to different parts of the island. Interactions with property management were smooth. Major storm knocked out power night prior our departure, but I don’t think it’s reasonable to hold that against anyone but the weather.

Can we book several condos in the same building?
Yes — several of our Māʻalaea oceanfront condos sit in the same resorts (Lauloa and Kanai A Nalu), so two or three parties can stay as neighbors sharing the pool and the same stretch of seawall.
What's the best setup for a wedding party?
The Historic Wailuku Inn buyout hosts the ceremony and houses the wedding party in one place — gardens, lawn dining, and nine suites — while nearby condos absorb overflow guests.
Do the large rentals have parking and full kitchens?
All of them — full kitchens, on-site parking, and washer-dryers are standard across the eight-plus homes, and the estate adds gathering space and garden dining on a scale condos can't match.
How far apart are the large homes?
Four of the five are within about fifteen minutes of each other on the south shore (Māʻalaea and Kihei); the estate is in central Wailuku, roughly 20–25 minutes from the beach condos — close enough for shared dinners.
How early should a large group book?
For whale season and holiday weeks, six months to a year ahead — the big homes are always the first to fill. Summer reunion dates are somewhat easier, but the estate still books well in advance.
