We absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were so responsive, helpful, and made everything really easy. The location is absolutely beautiful, with a pool and hot tub on the property and the beach just steps away. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our trip. Wonderful apartment, great view, compfy beds and well-equipped. The kitchen was so easy to cook a meal and the living areas very attractive. The pool and bbq was a plus. We would love to come back!

Maui's longest beach — roughly three miles of flat, uninterrupted sand curving from Māʻalaea to North Kīhei. It's the island's favorite sunrise-walk and morning-run beach, and in winter you can spot whales offshore along the whole stretch.
Mornings are calm — good for a swim, a paddle, or floating with coffee in view. Afternoons pick up wind chop as the trades funnel through the isthmus, so most guests swim early and walk or beachcomb later.
The Oceanfront condo at Kealia Resort opens straight onto the sand mid-beach; the Kihei Corner Unit at Kihei Holiday and the Beachfront Remodeled Oasis at the Māʻalaea end are both steps from the shoreline path.
Noticeably — North Kīhei is condos and open beach with few restaurants, so evenings stay quiet. South Kīhei's dining and the Kamaʻole beach parks are about ten minutes down the road when you want them.
From the north end, yes — the snorkel and whale-watch boats at Māʻalaea Harbor are a short walk past the condos. From mid-beach it's a pleasant 30–45 minute walk on the sand, or a five-minute drive.
December through April, peaking January to March — the shallow bay is a humpback nursery, and mothers with calves often cruise within sight of shore. Bring binoculars for the morning glass-off.
