Program Description
Luxe Maui Properties LLC (“Luxe Maui,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) offers an SMS messaging program for guests with confirmed reservations at our managed vacation rental properties across South Maui, including Wailea, Kihei, Makena, and Maalaea. By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from us, you agree to these SMS Terms of Service.
Our SMS messages may include reservation confirmations, check-in and check-out instructions, property access details, local recommendations, guest experience updates, and occasional promotional offers related to your stay or future bookings with Luxe Maui Properties.
Consent
By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Luxe Maui Properties at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchasing any service. You may opt out at any time.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your reservation status and interactions. You can generally expect to receive between 1 and 10 messages per reservation cycle (from booking confirmation through post-checkout). Promotional messages, if any, will not exceed 4 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Luxe Maui Properties is not responsible for any fees charged by your wireless provider.

How to Opt Out (STOP)
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us. After we receive your STOP request, you will receive one final confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. Opting out of SMS does not affect your reservation or any services provided by Luxe Maui Properties.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other participating carriers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Luxe Maui Properties and mobile carriers are not responsible for any delays, failures, or errors in the transmission or receipt of SMS messages, regardless of the cause.
Supported Carriers
Our SMS program is compatible with most major U.S. wireless carriers. However, not all carriers may support all message types, and coverage may be limited in certain areas.
Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your phone number and personal information collected through our SMS program will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. Information collected is used solely to deliver the services described in this program and as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
Our SMS program is available to guests aged 18 and older with a confirmed reservation at a Luxe Maui Properties managed unit. The program is intended for use within the United States.
Modifications
Luxe Maui Properties reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SMS program at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify subscribers of material changes to these terms.
